Az orvosok által kifejlesztett edzőgép 3 irányban rezeg. Ezen az 1 méter átmérőjű rezgő padon tornászva a test minden izmát átmozgatjuk. A gép másodpercenként 20-60 izomösszehúzódást hoz létre a test összes izmában. Olyan ez, mintha másodpercenként 20-60 felülést, guggolást, súlyemelést csinálnánk.
Látvényos eredmény akár 3 alkalom után, személyi edzővel!
